Booking Policy

All Personal Training Packages and 1:1  sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.

24 hours notice for cancellation for a full refund. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the session is forfeited. You must contact your trainer directly for cancellation.

We reserve the right to refuse services to clients who may not be able to exercise safely with the level of supervision provided by this facility.

Sessions and packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and expire 90 days after purchase.


Cancellation Policy for Personal Training Sessions

Personal trainer must be notified 24 hours in advance of scheduled sessions. If you do not appear for a scheduled appointment or fail to give 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the full session. Please reach out to your trainer directly or  call 603.343.4637. Phoenix Fitness, LLC recommends that all canceled sessions be rescheduled to ensure consistency and fitness progress.


Cancellation for group fitness

Reservations for group fitness may be cancelled without penalty by up to 24 hours before the scheduled class by logging into your profile online (coming soon!). Members who cancel after the 24 hour window or do not show up for a scheduled class will be charged for the class.

For monthly memberships, a late cancel or no-show will result in a $10 fee.

If a class you are signed up for is canceled due to weather, you will receive notification by email at least one hour prior. If a class you are signed up for is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

 


Late Policy

If you are not in the classroom at the scheduled start time, it is considered a no-show and we reserve the right to assign your spot to another person on the wait list.


New group fitness clients:

New clients please arrive 5 minutes early so that our staff can get review your information and answer any questions.


Return/Refund Policy/ Membership Policy:

All sales are final, no refunds for cash or credit will be provided after the purchase.

Personal Training Sessions: If you purchase between 1-9 personal sessions there will be a 30-day expiration from the date of purchase. If you purchase 10 or more sessions there will be a 90-day expiration from the date of purchase.

Dress Code:

Phoenix Fitness maintains an atmosphere in which all people feel comfortable therefore we are promoting reasonable gym policies ensures a comfortable, professional environment for everyone.

Please adhere to these policies for courtesy, client retention, health reasons and respect for all clients and trainers:  

Proper dress required:

  • Full length shirts/tank tops are to be worn at all times.

  • Proper undergarments underneath shirts/pants: i.e. sports bras, support/compression undergarments are to be worn at all times.
  • Shorts worn must be mid-thigh length. Mid-thigh is defined as the midpoint between the hip and knee.

     

    Do not bring your gym bag or other personal belongings onto the fitness floor, please utilize our lockers.

    Please refrain from using profanity.

    Re-rack weights and return all other equipment and accessories to their proper locations.

    Wipe down all equipment after use. Wipes are available in each studio.


Additionally please note:

Under 18 must have guardian complete and sign waiver, emergency contact form and health form before participating in a class.

DROP OFF For Youth strength training : Parents please note we do not have a reception area or waiting room in our studio- there are other classes and training sessions taking place in at this time,  out of respect for our clients and trainers we ask drop off happens 5 minutes prior to class time (6:55pm). 

Phoenix ABCs: Parents please note we do not have a reception area or waiting room in our studio for parents to stay. Children are dropped off promptly at 10 am and parents are asked to return for pick-up promptly at 11 am.

Current Clients: We do not have a large reception area and we often have back to back appointments or classes. We request that clients please show up 5 min prior to the beginning of class and check in at the front desk. Lockers are available for personal items and street shoes.

Parking: We ask all clients park in the center island ( both sides) of the parking lot.  Please do not park in front of any store fronts or garage doors. You will be towed at your own expense.
