Do you have an athlete or child who wants to learn about strength training, gain agility and conditioning, improve speed and enhance their overall confidence about health and fitness? Join Phoenix for a safe and supportive POSITIVE environment – ALL levels welcome and encouraged.
Join our NEW Youth Strength and Conditioning Class!
10- week session. BE is offered to Youth Boys and Girls, ages 13-18.
Strength training, practicing the primary barbell movements with an emphasis on conditioning movements. Coach Royce will guide and transform all athletes to reach their goals!
New session starts Sept 4 – Nov 9 (10 weeks)
$179 (or Drop in fee $15 per class )
Offered TWO times a week, Tuesdays and Fridays, 7pm – 8:30pm.
DROP OFF For Youth strength training : Parents please note we do not have a reception area or waiting room in our studio- there are other classes and training sessions taking place in at this time, out of respect for our clients and trainers we ask drop off happens 5 minutes prior to class time ( 6:55pm).
*******All youth NEW to the BE are required to schedule a mandatory on boarding session with a Phoenix Coach prior to start of class. This 60-90 minute 1:1 session has an additional fee. The session will review all barbell movements, safety and spotting techniques. Please contact us to make an appointment or to inquire about more details.
