Better, Faster, Stronger is offered to Youth Boys and Girls, ages 13-18
Strength training, practicing the primary barbell movements with an emphasis on technique and proficiency. Coach Royce will guide and transform all athletes to reach their goals!

New session starts Feb 13- April 20 (10 weeks)
Tuesday and Thursdays 7pm-8:30pm
$179 (or Drop in fee $15 per class )
Offered twice a week, Tuesdays and Fridays, 7pm – 8:30pm. This 10-week program NEXT SESSION BEGINS Feb 13- April 20, 2018
****New Students will have to set-up a 1 hour screening with Coach Royce prior to attending the class. This session will be 60 minutes. Please contact Coach Sara about cost and schedule a time.
