GenZ Power: Ages 14 to 19- New session begins May 2

 GenZ Power

A class designed for Intermediate/Advanced and Competitor level youth, ages 14 to 19, specific to the three main barbell lifts, squat, bench press and deadlift. In this class, participants will receive highly specialized strength training with well known strength Coach Royce. This class will prepare athletes for strength competitions, powerlifting meets, or enhance and improve their lifting capabilities and development as a lifter.

***Participants are expected to have formal coaching on the main lifts prior to taking the class, and must have an understanding of the risks associated with this kind of specialized training. This may require a on boarding session with a Phoenix Coach, this will be determined prior to the first session of class. Phoenix will reach out on a case by case basis.

DROP OFF For Youth strength training : Parents please note we do not have a reception area or waiting room in our studio- there are other classes and training sessions taking place in at this time,  out of respect for our clients and trainers we ask drop off happens 5 minutes prior to class time ( 6:55pm).

*** Minors are required to have parents complete a waiver, emergency contact and health form.  Completed Forms are required the night of or prior to the start of the class. No minor will be allowed to workout unless forms are signed and completed.

Our Better, Faster, Stronger class  held on Tuesdays and Fridays is highly recommended along with this class, but not required.
