GenZ Power: Ages 14 to 19- New session begins Feb 14- April 18
A class designed for ages 14 to 19, specific to the three main barbell lifts, squat, bench press and deadlift. In this class, participants will receive highly specialized strength training with well known strength Coach Royce. This class will prepare athletes for strength competitions, powerlifting meets, or enhance and improve their lifting capabilities and development as a lifter.
***Participants are expected to have formal coaching on the main lifts prior to taking the class, and must have an understanding of the risks associated with this kind of specialized training.

*** Minors are required to have parents complete a waiver, emergency contact and health form. Completed Forms are required the night of or prior to the start of the class. No minor will be allowed to workout unless forms are signed and completed.
