Kettlebell Training with Coach Rob Gagnon SFG II
Hardstyle Kettlebell training is a fantastic way to create explosive power! It is such a versatile form of training and can help people to both shed fat and build strength. It can stand alone or be used to enhance other forms of training such as barbell or body weight training. In this class you will learn the basic movements such as the Swing, Clean, Squat and Press as well as several other more advanced lifts like Windmills, Halos and Turkish Get Ups just to name a few. This class will also teach participants how to tie these fundamentals into other modalities like Barbell lifting and body-weight training. *This class is geared toward all levels of kettlebell enthusiast from beginner to the advanced lifter.
