Agility, Balance, Cardiovascular endurance, and Strength training with Coach Sara

 

Young athletes ages 9-12 join Coach Sara for a fun hour of fitness designed to enhance cardio respiratory fitness, flexibility, agility, core strength and balance! A program designed for a  “whole body” experience. Team drills, instruction and focus on proper form and exposure to new exercises.

All levels welcome!

***Parents please note we do not have a reception area or waiting room in our studio. There will be other classes and training sessions taking place in at this time,  out of respect for our clients and trainers, we ask that the children be dropped off promptly at 10 am and parents return for pick-up promptly at 11 am.
