This TRX hybrid workout class incorporates numerous TRX suspension exercises along with circuit training, including free weights, resistant bands, and LOTS of cardio. This class will develop strength and endurance as well as improve balance, flexibility, and core strength. A variety of workouts will be introduced each week.
