What is MYZONE®?
MYZONE® is a new innovative heart rate based system that uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately and conveniently monitor physical activity. It monitors heart rate, calories and time exercising that converts into MYZONE® Effort Points (MEPs), with a focus on rewarding effort rather than fitness. MYZONE® users simply wear a comfortable MYZONE® Physical Activity Belt (heart rate strap), which is registered online, to monitor all concerted physical activity in real time, allowing users to view their progress in their personal account.

How does MYZONE® work?
Using the new bluetooth connectivity of the MYZONE® MZ-3 belt, you can now see you effort stream live while working out in a class at Phoenix Fitness or view on smartphone or MYZONE® watch. No matter where you are, your data is always at your fingertips so you can maximize your workouts.

With built-in leaderboards, status rankings, and social integration, we’ve made it easier than ever to show off your progress. Each MYZONE® unit has the ability to track and store up to 16 hours of information. This takes the guesswork out of figuring out how many calories you burned during a Phoenix Fitness class!
For the competitors in all of us, other than the real time display of effort exertion during class, MYZONE® also tracks MEPs, otherwise known as MYZONE® Effort Points. MEPs are a proprietary point system that you can earn based on the effort you exert during physical activity. The points you earn depend on the amount of time your heart rate spends in each of the five Heart Rate Zones, which you’ll learn more about once you become acquainted with your MYZONE® heart rate monitor. Within your online MYZONE® account, you’ll be able to track your earned MEPs, set personal goals for yourself, or enter into online challenges with other users.

By logging in to your MYZONE® account on your computer or through the MYZONE® App, you’ll be able to see minute-by-minute breakdowns of your exercise effort. Track your progress over time to gain more understanding about your workout habits.
